about

Recorded February 27th, 2008, "Under The Down" was one of our most favorite songs and we always hoped to get a studio recording of it done. This was recorded during a period of time without a bassist. We recorded this as a demo for prospective bassists to learn the song.

lyrics

In the end I've found
This is something that I can't ever transcend, for you.
No matter what they ever tell me,
I can't let go.
I can't lay low.
I know, I know,
I will overflow.

Now I need a place to hide.
Here, take a step back. Deceive your panic attack.
I see all of your cracks, I know it's coming...

And now I’m under the down,
Now I’m under the down.
Now I’m under the down.
Now I’m under the down.
Where I'm safe from your truth.

My dear friend, my love.
My hand is something that I'll always extend, to you.
No matter what you ever tell me,
I can't let go.
I can't lay low.
I know, I know,
I will overflow.

Now I need a place to hide.
Here, take a step back. Deceive your panic attack.
I see all of your cracks, I know its coming...

And now I’m under the down,
Now I’m under the down.
Now I’m under the down.
Now I’m under the down.
Where I'm safe from your truth.

In the end I’ve found
This is something that I can’t ever transcend, for you.
No matter what they ever tell me...
No matter what they ever tell me...

How can I sleep now that I am under your down?

Here, take a step back. Deceive your panic attack.
I see all of your cracks, I know its coming...

Here, take a step back. Deceive your panic attack.
I see all of your cracks, I know its coming...
Here, take a step back. Deceive your panic attack.
I see all of your cracks, I know its coming...

Circuit Theory is on indefinite hiatus.

===============

The music of Circuit Theory has been described as dark, inward looking, and rustic. With inspirations of love, hate, life, lies, anger and bliss combined with a very broad range of musical influences, a new sound is created with the idea of taking the listener somewhere a little out of the ordinary. ... more
